Returns and exchanges

You can request a return or exchange by completing this returns and exchanges form within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns and exchanges are free, and you will receive a prepaid returns label to either schedule a collection at a time convenient to you or drop off to your nearest DHL drop-off point. Exchange orders are shipped free of charge.​ The items you wish to return or exchange should be new, unused and with all tags intact.
